Attributes & options

Blocks by view (scopes)

Every block belongs to a scope — the view it is meant for. The editor shows the fitting blocks per template; structure and content blocks are available everywhere.

ScopeViewBlocks
homehome pagehero, features, cta, posts, featured, pagination
contentpost / pagepost-body, post-meta, post-categories, back-link, meta
archivecategorypage-heading, posts, featured, pagination
alleverywherestructure, content, grid, sidebar, ad, button

Preview length

The post list generates preview text itself; the excerpt attribute controls the length in words. Without it, a manual excerpt or 30 words applies.

posts excerpt=15 # short teasers
posts excerpt=60 # longer preview

Animations & effects

Every block optionally accepts animate (or effect) and fades in gently on scroll.

features animate=zoom duration=0.8 delay=0.1
Progressive enhancement: without JavaScript everything is immediately visible, and with prefers-reduced-motion effects are disabled automatically.

Scrolling & paging

For archive and home pages, the post list’s mode attribute determines how further posts are loaded.

modeBehaviour

loadmorea “Load more” button appends the next page
infiniteloads automatically on scroll
posts layout=grid mode=infinite excerpt=20
loadmore/infinite fetch more server-side via /api/feed — identical card markup, no framework required.

Meta via header

The invisible meta block overrides the page’s <head> metadata. Only the fields you set are overridden.
